SMART LABELS
The best shape of a smart label is related to its application point. Ceratag smart labels are available in different sizes, 90x105mm, 55x105mm or 20x60mm, already tested for the identification of one pallet, one packing or a document respectively. The upper layer (face material) can be paper (also thermal) or any other plastic cover (polyester, polyamide, Tyvek, ….), while the substrate is a release backing paper. The face material can be printable, white or coloured. The delivery format is singulated, continuous web or fanfolds.

CONTACT-LESS TICKETS and SMART CARD
The standard ticket format is ISO 7810 compliant, but thinner. Other sizes are available on request. The protective layers (front and back) can be paper (also thermal) or any other plastic cover (polyester, polyamide, Tyvek, ….); they can be printable, white or coloured. The delivery format is singulated or fanfolds.

PRINTERS
Thermal printers able to read/write and print smart labels or tickets, which contain an embedded thin RFId chip. As well as printing a visual image (barcode) on the surface, the RFId printer writes also on the chip. Hand held computers and scanners family for identification of smart labels and tickets (13,56MHz, ISO 15693, ISO 14443). The devices satisfy unique demands – lightweight and ergonomics. Depending on the application Pocket PC with RFId Compact Flash or mobile computing device rated at IP54 are available. Their flexibility and integration is achieved through the use of standards-based software and hardware components. Provided with accessories for wireless (802.11b, Bluetooth) data communication (directly integrated or via external slots), they are ideally suited to meet data collection and supply chain information needs.

READER/WRITER MODULES AND ANTENNA
Reader/writer family for identification of smart labels and tickets (13,56MHz, ISO 15693, ISO 14443). Proximity, mid-range and long range readers suitable for the identification of persons or goods and applications in trade, industry, logistics, payment and ticketing. All the readers are multi-tag readers and have anti-collision function. Different writing and reading distances (range between 40-100 cm) are possible depending on the various structural shape of the external antenna. They are characterised by insensitivity to negative environmental influences like fluctuation of temperature, moisture and dirt and robust, but compact design for industrial fields applications.
